To be eligible to apply for an individual health care plan, you must
reside in a Washington county within the Regence BlueShield service
area.

to our Individual Plan members. This new service gives you discounts on
eyecare services and products at over 50 participating providers
statewide. It's the first of many health-related discount programs in
the works through Regence BlueShield.

I have had coverage for the past couple of years. They have a variety of
programs, and I think they allow coverage for naturopaths.
It seems like the best rates are through Regence Selections with
LifeWise not far behind.
